About
Center: Fascia release yoga - slow and easy with props provided. Approx. 60 mins.
Create: Mindful coloring. Once centered, we will be led into a meditative creative process, making abstract shapes that will be colored in - resulting in a unique piece of art - a creation made straight from your soul. Approx. 60 mins.
Restore: We will end this day with a relaxing Yoga Nidra with optional essential oil! Approx. 45 mins.
Snacks, water and props will be provided, supplies included in ticket price.
